We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If for any reason the item(s) you ordered isn’t right for you, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order.
For orders received in October, November, and December, the return period is extended until January 31st to allow extra time for holiday gifts.
Gift cards, however, are non-refundable.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item should be new and unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery
Please note that this is still subject for approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, any approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, here’s why it might take a little longer and what you can do:
- Check your bank account: Refunds sometimes take a few days to appear. Typically between 3–5 business days.
- Contact your credit card company: Depending on their policies, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
- Contact your bank: Some banks require extra processing time before the refund is officially reflected.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, reach out via chat, phone, or email, and we’ll provide instructions to complete your exchange promptly.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they may find out about your return.

Please note that shipping costs of the return shipping are to be paid by the buyer and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
